Personal Training

Individual and small group sessions specifically designed to help you meet your goals. I can travel to your home, train with you online via Zoom, or offer sessions in local parks. Or why not train in the comfort and privacy of our exclusive Personal training Studio in West Molesey.

From ballet to boxing, I have just the workout for you!

Member of National Register of Personal Trainers

Price £50.00 per hour: you come to our Studio or we train online

Price £60.00 per hour: I come to you or we train in a local park

£70.00 per 1 hour session 2 people training together.

Sessions payable in blocks of 5 at a time.

 

Pilates Mat or Reformer Courses in Studio or Online

Attend in person at our bespoke personal training and pilates studio in West Molesey and benefit from a small class size

Mat Pilates (max 2 persons)

Reformer Pilates courses are 1:1 only with Iryna Cost £60.00 per 45 mins (6 week course £360)

Or optimize your time with these incredibly effective online Zoom workouts (max 6)

Classes are open to both men and women of all levels or choose our tailor made ‘men only’ class.

Studio classes will involve a variety of equipment including foam roller, mini stability balls, flex band and pilates ring.

Nutrition and lifestyle advice

All my clients benefit from my experience in health and wellness. If you need help with weight loss or nutrition or rehabilitation from injury, or need direction in prioritising your physical and mental health, then I am here to help.

 

Health & Fitness Consultations

Before deciding on a course of personal training or Pilates sessions, you may wish to book an initial Health and Fitness Consultation. This is based around an extensive questionnaire sent to you in advance. and includes body fat and muscle mass analysis, metabolic age assessment, blood pressure, lung function and wellness goal setting.
